Jeans for Genes Day: raising awareness for genetic conditions

At Harris Girls' Academy East Dulwich, we are proud to support Jeans for Genes Day to help raise awareness of the challenges faced by children and families living with genetic conditions.

Every day in the UK, thousands of young people are affected by genetic disorders that can have a significant impact on their health, education and daily lives.

By wearing jeans and making a donation, our students and staff are helping to fund vital support, information and services for those affected, while also demonstrating our school values of Character, Courage and Conscience. Together, we can make a positive difference, show compassion for others, and help create a more inclusive and understanding community.
