Year 9 Students Gain Valuable Career Insights at KPMG

A group of our Year 9 students recently enjoyed an inspiring visit to the London offices of KPMG, where they took part in an interactive programme designed to develop workplace skills and broaden their understanding of future career opportunities.

During the visit, students toured the impressive KPMG offices and had the opportunity to meet and network with professionals from a range of business areas. Through mentoring sessions and Q&A discussions, students gained first-hand insight into the diverse career pathways available within the world of business, finance, technology and consulting.

Working in teams, students tackled real-world challenges based on realistic client case studies. They were encouraged to think creatively, solve problems and develop innovative solutions before presenting their ideas to their peers and KPMG colleagues. These activities helped strengthen key employability skills, including communication, teamwork, problem-solving and presentation skills.

Students represented the academy brilliantly throughout the day, demonstrating confidence, professionalism and enthusiasm.

We are incredibly proud of our Year 9 students and grateful to KPMG  for providing such an engaging and memorable experience that will help inspire our students' future aspirations.
