GymOur leisure facilities are open to the whole community.

We offer sessions for children and adults including gymnastics, rhythmic gymnastics, yoga, taekwando, ju-jitsu, ballet, badminton, volleyball, netball, weightwatchers and zumba.

Opening times

Monday - 4pm to 10pm

Tuesday - 4pm to 10pm

Wednesday - 4pm to 10pm

Thursday - 4pm to 10pm

Friday - 4pm to 10pm

Saturday - 9am to 5pm

You can also book a court online. Please follow the instructions and a member of our team will be happy to deal with your request. You will receive an email confirmation with your booking details.

Please note, there are no online booking facilities for Gymnastics, Netball, Yoga, Weightwatchers and Zumba as these are run on a walk-in basis. Ballet, Taekwondo, Ju-Jitsu, Badminton (Weds and Fri with Crossfire Badminton Club), Table Tennis and Volleyball are all run by individual instructors so should you wish to join in on any of these sessions, please call the centre or alternatively you can pop in for more information.

With competitive prices, good facilities on your doorstep and staff who are here to help you, we believe that we could meet your fitness needs.
