25 students become published authors

Twenty five students have become published authors in the Harris Federation Write Now! Poetry Anthology.
 
Students were invited to a launch at Waterstones Piccadilly, the biggest bookshop in London, to celebrate the launch of the anthology and read a selection of their poems. 
 
The project was born out of an activity on this year’s World Book Day when children from the ages of five to eighteen were all asked to write a poem on the theme of disappearance

Copies of Write Now! can be obtained for £2.50 from Mr Jackson at the school. Proceeds from the book will go to literary charities.
