Working Together for a Safer Community

On Friday 17 April 2015, Years 7 and 8 took part in a Working Together for a Safer Community day led by PC Marcus Kudliskis, our Safer Schools Police Officer.

The Academy is committed to educating young people about healthy relationships and staying safe. We know it is crucial to alert young people to the potential risks and dangers in the community and to ensure they know how to stay safe and where to get help if they need it.

"Feedback from the students is that they had an amazing, informative day……..they were ‘buzzing’ in the canteen at lunchtime and after school," said PC Marcus.
