Boy Band Visits with Cyber Bullying Message

Taken band visit

Irish band Taken came to our academy to deliver an online safety and cyber bullying message.

Taken are Ireland's next big boyband!

Describing their music as 'feel-good classic pop', Taken are selling out shows all over Ireland and have just finished recording a TV show for Irish channel RTE and ITV2 in the UK.

The band have already supported Olly Murs and Union J on tour. 

Empower and inform

This online safety programme has already been seen in more than 2,200 schools around the UK, with a mix of different artists who've had outstanding reviews.

The pupils watched a unique and entertaining performance from the artist, which was followed by an online safety education message.

“The main message of the presentation is to empower and inform students to make the right choices in regards to online safety and cyber bullying," said a spokesperson.
