Our Year 10 students recently took part in an exciting and highly rewarding Mock Trial competition at the Inner London Crown Court. The day provided a fantastic opportunity for students to experience the workings of the legal system first-hand, inside a real courtroom setting.

What a fantastic trip to Harry Potter World with our Year 7's! The day was filled with magic and wonder, as they entered the fictional universe. The snow edition has really got us in the mood for winter at HGAED!

Federation Sports Day 2016 - The Heats

Sports Day 2

On Wednesday 6 June we took 16 of our most talented athletes to Croydon Sports Arena to take part in the heats for Federation Sports Day, competing against other Harris schools for places in the finals on Federation Sports Day. 

Our fantastic results and timings were collated with the other heats and we have been put through to the finals at Sports Day on Thursday 14 July in the following races:

  • Year 8 100m
  • Year 9 100m
  • Year 10 100m
  • Year 7 200m
  • Year 8 200m
  • Year 10 200m
  • Year 9 300m
  • Year 10 300m
  • Year 7 relay
  • Year 8 relay
  • Year 10 relay.

Well done to the following girls for their commitment to athletics and good luck at Federation Sports Day – we will be cheering you on: Jariatu, Chyna, Natalia, Niyah, Hall, Samara, Kanu, Anita, Lexi, Ayomide, Taofikat, Phoebe, Aramide, Trishana, Tracy, Sanatha, Sarah and Tamiqua.
