What a fantastic trip to Harry Potter World with our Year 7's! The day was filled with magic and wonder, as they entered the fictional universe. The snow edition has really got us in the mood for winter at HGAED!

Year 10 Explore Westminster Abbey History

301335416 a73df3170c bYear 10 RE students enjoyed a guided tour of Westminster Abbey recently, with a wonderful guide who showed the girls all the way around the building, explaining the unique site and its incredible history.  

“The girls really enjoyed it," said Mr. Adebiyi. "It was an exceptionally good experience for them, bringing both the building and its history to life.”

King Edward I had this chair made to hold the Stone of Scone, which he brought to England in 1296. The chair has been used at every coronation ceremony since 1308.
