South Thames College Help Students Consider Next Steps
South Thames College visited on Wednesday 13th December to present to Years 8-11 about their ‘next steps.’
This talk covered the different types of courses that were available to them, what these looked like and how they may benefit certain pupils depending on their interests, learning styles and chosen careers.
Pupils were informed about A Levels, apprenticeships and T Levels, what these consist of and the areas which students can study if they choose these paths. Students were also able to understand the difference in studying at a college or sixth form and how they need to investigate these areas prior to making a decision.
